Join a monthly gathering aligned with the rhythm of the full moon — a space for women to come together in connection, reflection, and shared experience beyond the yoga mat.
Each circle is thoughtfully facilitated and may include guided reflection, meaningful conversation, journaling, creative exploration, nature-based ritual, or simple ceremony. Some gatherings may invite shared leadership from women within the group.
This is not a yoga class.
It is a space for presence, voice, listening, and community.
Women 18 and up are welcome. Participation is always optional, and sharing is never required. Come as you are. Leave more connected than when you arrived.

Under the light of the Worm Moon, we gather in a season of quiet emergence. As the earth softens and life begins to stir beneath the surface, we reflect on what within us is ready to thaw, shift, and gently move forward. This evening will focus on subtle growth, clearing space, and planting intentions for the season ahead through guided reflection and simple ritual.

Reconnect. Support. Restore.
This focused pop-up class invites you to reconnect with your deep core through a balanced exploration of relaxation and strengthening for the pelvic floor and supporting muscles.
We will begin by softening and releasing tension in the pelvic floor and surrounding core muscles, cultivating breath awareness and nervous system regulation. From there, we’ll gradually build into coordinated strengthening and functional movement designed to support stability without strain. The class will conclude with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra to integrate the work and encourage deep relaxation.
This session builds on concepts introduced in the Restore the Core workshop but is fully accessible as a standalone class. No prior experience is required.

Join me for a 75-minute morning yoga session in the historic Lake of the Hills Clubhouse. Appropriate for all levels, this class will introduce movement and breath to warm the body and soul in preparation for the rest of the week. This class is designed to promote deep relaxation, strength, improved range of motion, and mindful movement, leaving you refreshed and centered.

Vinyasa Yoga is a rhythmic movement class linked to breath; poses are dynamically linked to each other for smooth transitions and near continuous movement. Each class will be different to serve the needs of attendees. Some classes can be fast-paced, with each breath signaling a new pose, while other classes may be more mindful of the engagement of poses, offering deeper instruction and taking several breaths per pose. Moderate awareness of yoga poses is recommended.
After savasana, we’ll continue inward with guided breathwork and meditation, giving you the tools to calm the mind, center your energy, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Experience a therapeutic yoga practice tailored to support common challenges of aging, including balance, mobility, and joint health. Led by a certified yoga therapist, each session incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to promote strong muscles and bones, enhance flexibility, and nurture emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to adapt your existing practice, you’ll receive the attention and modifications to safely meet your needs.
What to Expect:
This small group class (up to 10 participants) is free, but we do recommend pre-registering to reserve your spot. No prior yoga experience is required, and if mobility is a challenge - no worries! We are using a chair in our classes. This doesn't mean it will be a strict chair yoga class, however a chair makes class more accessible and more fun!
Please plan to arrive on time; we begin each class with a grounding practice to help you settle in. Dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water. If you have a mat and yoga props, please bring them. If you do not have a mat or yoga props, there is a limited supply that can be provided for the class.
