This focused pop-up class invites you to reconnect with your deep core through a balanced exploration of relaxation and strengthening for the pelvic floor and supporting muscles.
We will begin by softening and releasing tension in the pelvic floor and surrounding core muscles, cultivating breath awareness and nervous system regulation. From there, we’ll gradually build into coordinated strengthening and functional movement designed to support stability without strain. The class will conclude with a 15-minute guided Yoga Nidra to integrate the work and encourage deep relaxation.
This session builds on concepts introduced in the Restore the Core workshop but is fully accessible as a standalone class. No prior experience is required.
