Gentle Evening Yoga @ LOTHCC

Join us in the clubhouse for a gentle evening yoga class designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and improve balance and range of motion. Perfect for beginners and those seeking a more accessible practice, each session emphasizes proper alignment and integrates mindful breathwork throughout.

What to Expect:

  • Alignment-focused poses to promote stability and safety.
  • Breathwork woven in to support relaxation and mental clarity.
  • Modifications and props available (bring your own if possible, as supplies are limited).
