Morning Flow @ LOTHCC

Join me for a 75-minute gentle yoga session in the historic Lake of the Hills Clubhouse. Move through soothing and rejuvenating stretches and breathwork and enjoy a restorative relaxation to release tension from your muscles and joints. This class is designed to promote deep relaxation, strength, improved range of motion, and mindful movement, leaving you refreshed and centered.
