Morning Flow @ LOTHCC

$15 Drop-In

Join me for a 75-minute morning yoga session in the historic Lake of the Hills Clubhouse. Appropriate for all levels, this class will introduce movement and breath to warm the body and soul in preparation for the rest of the week. This class is designed to promote deep relaxation, strength, improved range of motion, and mindful movement, leaving you refreshed and centered.
