Have you ever wondered why certain habits, foods, or routines make you feel energized and balanced—while others leave you feeling off?

Ayurveda, often called the “Science of Life,” is an ancient holistic system of wellness that helps us understand our unique body-mind type and how to live in harmony with it. In this friendly and interactive 2 hour workshop, you’ll:

  • Take a guided self-assessment to discover your personal constitution (called your dosha) and your current state of balance.

  • Learn about the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and how their qualities show up in your body, mood, and daily life.

  • Explore what balance and imbalance might look like, and take away simple lifestyle tips you can begin using right away.

  • A short & gentle yoga practice in accordance with the season.

No prior knowledge or experience needed—this workshop is designed to be both welcoming and insightful for beginners as well as those who already practice yoga or holistic health.
