Experience a therapeutic yoga practice tailored to support common challenges of aging, including balance, mobility, and joint health. Led by a certified yoga therapist, each session incorporates gentle movement, breathwork, and guided relaxation to promote strong muscles and bones, enhance flexibility, and nurture emotional well-being. Whether you’re new to yoga or seeking to adapt your existing practice, you’ll receive the attention and modifications to safely meet your needs.
What to Expect:
This small group class (up to 15 participants) is free, but we do recommend pre-registering to reserve your spot. No prior yoga experience is required, and if mobility is a challenge - no worries! We are using a chair in our classes. This doesn't mean it will be a strict chair yoga class, however a chair makes class more accessible and more fun!
Please plan to arrive on time; we begin each class with a grounding practice to help you settle in. Dress comfortably and bring a bottle of water. If you have a mat and yoga props, please bring them. If you do not have a mat or yoga props, there is a limited supply that can be provided for the class.
