Yoga Flow & Meditation @ LOTHCC

$15 Drop-In

This 75-minute class offers the perfect balance of movement, breath, and stillness. We’ll begin with a 60-minute vinyasa practice that blends gentle stretching and flowing sequences, allowing you to build strength, improve flexibility, and find ease in your body. The pace is accessible for those with some yoga experience while still offering depth and challenge for more experienced students.

After savasana, we’ll continue inward with guided breathwork and meditation, giving you the tools to calm the mind, center your energy, and leave feeling grounded, clear, and renewed.

Whether you’re looking to move, stretch, or simply find a moment of peace, this class meets you where you are and supports you in creating balance in both body and mind.
