"In the first 60 minutes we engage in a moderate vinyasa yoga practice, followed by 10 minutes of pranayama breath exercises and then conclude with a brief meditation. Although every class will include forward bending, balances, twists, heart openers, core strength and hip openers, each individual class will focus more strongly on one of these areas, while maintaining the balance by including asanas from the other areas. For example, one day the class may focus on heart opening postures while still including some forward folding, twists, core strength, balances and hip openers. On another day, the class may focus more on twists. In that way, the yogi is ensured of a well-rounded practice in every class while developing more proficiency in these individual areas."
