Autumn brings cooler, drier air, shorter days, and new rhythms—all of which can leave us feeling ungrounded or out of balance. In this workshop, we’ll explore practical ways to transition smoothly into the fall season using timeless Ayurvedic wisdom and yoga.
You’ll learn:
No prior knowledge of Ayurveda or yoga is needed—this workshop is open to all levels. You’ll leave with practical tips (and recipes you can try at home!) to support your well-being through the fall season.
Dress for a gentle Yoga class. Bring a sweater or blanket to keep warm. We start with a 45-minute presentation/discussion and end with the Yoga class. Light refreshments are available before and during the presentation.
