My name is Chantal Dupuis, and I'm the founder of Radiant Roots Yoga. I am a yoga therapist, Ayurvedic wellness practitioner, and dedicated student of holistic healing. My passion is helping others reconnect with their mind, body, and spirit through yoga therapy, Ayurveda, neuroscience-informed practices, and meditation.
I am a proud mom of two beautiful daughters and share my life with an incredible partner. Like many, I have navigated the challenges of anxiety, overwhelming emotions, and the search for balance in everyday life. My journey has shaped my deep commitment to whole-person wellness, guiding me to support others on their paths of healing and self-discovery.
I completed my 200-hour and 300-hour yoga teacher training at Heartwood Yoga Institute, where I also earned certifications in Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, and Chair Yoga. After completing my 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification, I went on to work at Heartwood Yoga Institute as the Lead Teacher, Student Liaison, and Retreat Liaison, gaining invaluable experience in curriculum development, practicum observation, mentorship, and retreat coordination. I have since continued expanding my knowledge to serve my students more deeply.

My studies have led me to specialize in:

I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all backgrounds, including seniors, those managing chronic pain, individuals recovering from injury, and those seeking emotional and mental clarity. My teaching style is compassionate, trauma-informed, and deeply intuitive, ensuring that each session meets the unique needs of my students.


Yoga is more than movement—it is a way of living, healing, and evolving. My path has led me to focus on inner connection and healing from the inside out, continuously learning new ways to nurture the mind, body, and soul. I believe in making yoga therapy and holistic wellness accessible to all, offering in-person and virtual sessions, workshops, and community-based programs in Lake Wales, Florida, and beyond.

I am deeply grateful to have learned from inspiring teachers, yoga experts, and wellness practitioners who have enriched my understanding of this transformative practice. Now, I am honored to share these teachings with you.
