Power Yoga

Power Yoga is a dynamic, fast-paced vinyasa-style practice designed to build strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance. Rooted in a modern evolution of yoga from the 1990s, this class emphasizes continuous movement synchronized with breath, creating heat, focus, and full-body engagement.

You can expect strong, intentional sequencing with quicker transitions between postures—such as warrior variations, plank, and chaturanga—paired with moments of stability and control. The practice is designed to challenge muscular endurance, coordination, and mental resilience while maintaining an emphasis on alignment and safe movement patterns.

This class is best suited for practitioners who are already familiar with foundational yoga poses and transitions. Due to the pace and intensity, participants should feel comfortable moving through sequences with a level of independence and body awareness.
